These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the OurSafTrace mobile application (the "App") and its related services (collectively, the "Service"), provided by our company. By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The App offers auto-renewable subscription plans: OurSafTrace Monthly Membership, OurSafTrace Annual Membership, and OurSafTrace Ad-Free Annual Membership. Subscription fees and billing periods are displayed at the time of purchase. Unless you cancel before the end of the current billing period, your subscription will automatically renew for the same duration and your payment method will be charged the applicable fee.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods, except as required by applicable law.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not misuse, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://qianleme.cc.cd/privacy.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
